Spiced Island Gin 38% abv Limited Edition Collaboration with Ima Cuisine SELLING FAST

Our limited edition collaboration with our great friend Yael Shochat from Ima cuisine in Auckland. Our first ever collaboration and we couldn't be happier that it was with one of our oldest mates. 

We have steeped Yael's unique hot cross bun spices into our highly Awarded Gin.

Notes of Vanilla and Caramel, reminiscent of a Whiskey or a Pedro Ximenez - but it is a gin ! A viscous mouth feel, warming with hints of spice and cinnamon, long finish.

We love it with a peel of Orange on ice, or in an Old Fashioned cocktail.
