Oranges & Manuka Honey Gin AVAILABLE NOW

Our Oranges & Manuka Bush Honey Gin is an International collaboration with World renowned Australian distillery Four Pillars. We are the 6th distillery from around the world to be chosen to be part of their Distillers Series. 

When Island Gin was invited by the internationally awarded Four Pillars in Australia to join their Distillers Series — which has previously featured celebrated distilleries like Warner’s in the UK and Hernö in Sweden — we were honoured to accept. The fruit of this collaboration is our Orange & Manuka Honey Island Gin.

When Four Pillar's head distiller Sarah Prowse visited Aotea, she was struck by how deeply Manuka honey runs through my craft. We visited growers on Great Barrier Island, experimented in the distillery, and shared ideas. Inspired by the Island, Sarah created her own Wild Isle Gin with our Manuka Honey - only available in Australia. 

Later, at Four Pillars in Australia, I was in turn inspired by their mastery of citrus, a key note in their famous Rare Dry Gin, so drawing inspiration from our two island homes, I have distilled oranges with our key botanical Manuka honey, for a fresh new Antipodean take on our gin.

Our new Oranges & Manuka GIn was inspired to include fresh oranges as a nod to Four Pillars obsession with citrus. A key botanical in their famous Rare Dry Gin.
