Damson Plum Liqueur 26.5% ABV

Only 72 bottles of this handcrafted Damson Gin Liqueur exist, each a testament to patience, craft, and the generosity of good friends. The fresh, tart Damsons - personally picked by our friend Daryl from his own garden - were steeped in our award-winning Island Gin Original for three months. A touch of sugar balances the vibrant fruit, while triple straining refines the liqueur, leaving just a whisper of sediment - a reminder of the real fruit captured in every bottle. Enjoy neat over ice or in a cocktail. 

There are around half a kilo of plums macerated for each bottle. All plums were hand selected and then triple strained after maceration. A real labour of love.

60 ml Plum Liqueur /30mL fresh lime juice /bar spoon of jam Shake with ice and strain into glass.
