REFUNDS & RETURNS
While we'd love to promise smooth sailing, occasionally Mother Nature (or the courier) has other plans. If your order is damaged or lost, we’ll sort it.
To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@islandgin.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number. All products must be unopened, untampered with, and returned in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please do the following:

Take a photo of the outer packaging and the damaged product and send it to hello@islandgin.com

Retain the product, as we may require it to be returned for inspection.

Send all returns via post or courier. Once received, we will promptly process your refund or resend your order.
