Medlands Mule - our take on the classic.

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Island gin - original 
  • Juice of half a lime 
  • Ginger Beer 
  • Dash of chocolate bitters 

Method:

Build in a long glass.
Place gin, and lime juice in first.
Add the used lime skin next then add a large cube of ice.
Pour cold ginger beer to lip of glass and add 2 dashes of 
Chocolate bitters.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of Island mint.
