Island Negroni
Ingredients:
30 ml island gin
30 ml Campari
30 ml Red Vermouth ( we use the tradition Martini Rosso)
Method:
Stir down all ingredients in a cocktail jug with a few large ice cubes until chilled. Pour into glass tumbler over a 2 inch ice cube. Garnish with a slice of Island grown orange.
