1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Madame Distributor Pty Ltd (ABN 13 625 818 886), Toorak, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Promotional Period
The promotion starts at 12:00am AEST on 12 September 2025 and ends at 4:00pm AEST on 30 September 2025.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who newly subscribe to the Promoter’s Australian mailing list during the Promotional Period.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies directly associated with the competition are not eligible.

4. How to Enter
One entry per person. To enter, simply subscribe to the Island Gin Australian mailing list via islandgin.com during the Promotional Period. No purchase is required.

5. Privacy & Communications
By entering, you agree to join the Promoter’s mailing list and consent to receive marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email. Personal data will be collected and handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Prize
There is one prize to be won:

• 1 × Island Gin Original 700 ml (43.2% ABV)
• 1 × Island Gin Navy Strength 700 ml (57% ABV)
• 1 × Island Gin Orange & Manuka Bush Honey 700 ml (45% ABV)

Total prize value: approx. A$330.

7. Draw & Winner Notification
The winner will be drawn by a computerised random selection at 4:00pm AEST on 30 September 2025.
The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. If required by law (e.g. South Australia), the winner’s initials and postcode will be published on islandgin.com within 30 days.

8. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, a redraw will take place at 4:00pm AEST on 14 October 2025. The new winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days.

9. Delivery of Prize
The prize will only be delivered to an Australian street address. The recipient must be 18+ and provide valid ID upon delivery. Couriers will not leave alcohol unattended.

10. Responsible Service of Alcohol
The Promoter supports the responsible consumption of alcohol. For more information, visit DrinkWise.org.au. Entry is restricted to people aged 18+.

11. Record Keeping
Entry records will be kept for at least 12 months from the draw date.

12. WA Notification
As this promotion is conducted online, a copy of these Terms & Conditions has been lodged with the WA Department of Racing, Gaming & Liquor prior to commencement.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the relevant State or Territory.
