Peach Gin Jam

Our delicious Peach Gin jam has been made by our friends at Slow Jams using the island peaches that are saved after maceration in our spirit. In this edition the peaches were macerated for over a year.

In line with our ethos of sustainability we try and use every part of our process, so we are glad we can create a delicious jam from this precious fruit.

We love this conserve on a walnut cracker with a touch of comte , or on a cheese platter, and makes a great addition to the festive table.

Made with 75 % peach and 25% sugar. Nothing else. Slowly crafted.

Each pot of jam comes gift wrapped.
