Beekeeper cocktail

1 1/2 oz Island Lemon Gin - Gincello 

3/4 oz Fresh lime juice 

1/2 oz honey syrup 

1/2 oz St Germaine _ Elderflower Liqueur 

1 egg white ( or 30 ml chick pea water "aquafaba" for vegan option )

DRY SHAKE. Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. 

WET SHAKE. Add ice to the shaker and re shake again for 30 seconds.

Strain the cocktail into your favourite coupe.

Add a sprig of fresh Lavender.
