ESPRESSO MARTINI - Coffee Gin

 

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Island Gin Coffee 
  • 30 ml Kahlua 
  • 30 ml Cold brew coffee _ make it a fresh coffee -and cool in fridge before using 

Method:

Build in cocktail shaker 
Add large ice cube.
Shake like you mean it - you want that froth!!
Strain into your favourite Coupe or Martini glass. 
Add a coffee bean on top. Add one of our G&T bon bons* on the side for a decadent twist on your desserts, this Festive season. * while stocks last.

 

White Russian 

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Island Gin Coffee 
  • 30 ml Kahlua 
  • 30 ml Heavy cream
  • large ice 

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for at least 20 seconds.

Strain into your favourite glass.
