ESPRESSO MARTINI and WHITE RUSSIAN - Coffee Gin
Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Island Gin Coffee
- 30 ml Kahlua
- 30 ml Cold brew coffee _ make it a fresh coffee -and cool in fridge before using
Method:
Build in cocktail shaker
Add large ice cube.
Shake like you mean it - you want that froth!!
Strain into your favourite Coupe or Martini glass.

White Russian
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Island Gin Coffee
- 30 ml Kahlua
- 30 ml Heavy cream
- large ice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for at least 20 seconds.
Strain into your favourite glass.
